Buses returning for the start of the school term

Returning Wednesday 4th February 2026 are the Platypus (Riverside Schools) and Possum buses
(Riverside Schools). – The Rowella to Launceston John Calvin service will also begin Wednesday 4th February.

ALL OTHER SCHOOL BUS SERVICES will return Thursday 5th February (this includes the Echidna
(Launceston Schools including Elphin and Newstead) and Winkleigh to Launceston (via Bridgenorth and
Kavala Street in Legana). – School days General 788 Access services will return Thursday 5th 2026 (Beauty Point to Newstead and Rowella to Launceston).
