We supply the bus – you supply the fuel and the driver.
All rates are per 24-hour period or part thereof.
The vehicle will come with a full tank of fuel, please return it full.

The driver must hold and provide a copy of a light rigid licence or above to drive the vehicles.
Cost: $230.00 (incl. GST) per 24-hour period or part thereof with 100 KM per day free, $0.25 cents per KM over. Charged from the depot in Beaconsfield.
Insurance excess $2500 only in the event of a claim.
20-passenger with lap seat belts Toyota Coaster or similar
The driver must hold and provide a copy of a light rigid licence or above to drive the vehicle.
Cost: $330.00 (incl. GST) per 24-hour period or part thereof with 100 KM per day free, $0.35 cents per KM over. Charged from the depot in Beaconsfield.
Insurance excess $2500 only in the event of a claim.
Written hire agreement is required.
Payment is required prior to hire.
