Manions' Coaches - School Bus Fares
ALL STUDENT FARES UNTIL 15TH APRIL 2012 ARE $1 PER RIDE UNLESS A FREE PASS IS SHOWN AFTER TEH 15/4/2012 THE BELOW IS THE CASE FOR ALL STUDENT FARES
As from Monday 16/4/2012 as instructed by the Department of Infrastructure, Energy and Resources
All students travelling to or from school that travel for the discounted student fare require a "green card" issued to them by the Department of Transport through their online site at
www.transport.tas.gov.au or from a Service Tasmania shop
All student fares will be $1 per trip (with a green card) or $1.30 per trip (without a green card) from all zones country and urban.
Eligible free travel students need to make sure they have been issued with a new travel "green card" prior to this date.
TRASNFER STUDENTS THAT RIDE ON MORE THAN ONE BUS ON THE WAY TO SCHOOL AND ON THE WAY HOME MUST STATE THEY ARE TRANSFERING FROM "THE OTHER SERVICE" OTHERWISE ANOTHER FARE WILL BE CHARGED.
The card must be swiped through the machine (if fitted to the vehicle) and show to the driver no card means a $1.30 fare must the paid.
Free travel is only for fares to and from school and only on school days
Student Bus Passes and Transfer Passes can be applied for at Service Tasmania on by visiting http://www.transport.tas.gov.au/concession_information_and_forms
